Our duck is local farm raised and is roasted till the skin is crisp. Vegetable stuffing is the classic bread stuffing with addition of vegetables and herbs.
COOKING (ONLY FOR UNCOOKED): Open Foil and Put in a pre heated oven at 180C for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 150C for 50 minutes.
RE HEATING ( FOR COOKED): Do not open foil and put in pre heated oven at 150C for 20-25mins.
HANDLING: Best to store in room temp is going to be re heated in next 2-3 hrs, if in the fridge keep outside for 2 hrs prior to putting in.
